Did a styled shoot with Happy Photo People (run by Kuan Yee) quite a while back (: 

The set-up, props and flowers were done up gorgeously by The Enchanted Tree SG, and the beautiful dresses (part 2 of the shoot would be coming up soon) were from Style Lease. The weather was great when we arrived in the morning and I was blown away by the venue as well; it was tranquil, serene and really lovely. 

We love photoshoots with Kuan cause she's great at making you feel comfortable and she'll direct you and your partner to test out different shots as well. She's a really funny and nice person to work with too! (: 

With Tzu's birthday just around the corner, I just wanted to post these beautiful photos captured by Kuan, of us. Thank you for these beautiful memories that we can keep! 

And, to Tzu, happy 28th birthday love. I love you, you crazy, crazy person. 

Of course, not everything is as rosy as it seems online, we have had our fights, nasty conversations and stubborn moments. But yet, the sun always shines through those terrible times, and I'm glad we've agreed to never allow each other to bring any unhappiness regarding us into the next day. 

It definitely isn't easy sustaining a relationship; we often talk about how work must still be put in and that we should never take each other for granted. After all these years, I'm glad we've never grown too lazy to stop keeping that spark going. Sometimes during those moments when I see you walking towards me when we are meeting somewhere, I smile to myself, thinking about how blessed I am to have you.

Loose lines.

I love the weekends! Friday night to Sunday afternoon's the best - because Sunday night means that Monday's approaching. Can we have 2 day work weeks and a 5-day weekend, pretty please? 

Here's featuring an outfit which I love for its comfort level - one of my fave pair of culottes which I've worn countless of times, a loose fitted white top and the most comfy sandals ever. And of course, lastly, my trusty bucket bag. Photos were captured by Tzu, while we were over at Sentosa, two weekends back. The last time we were in Sentosa together was really, really long ago. The weather was crazy hot but we had fun thinking of math activities for my students to try out heh.

Chaceylove ♡

The first few occasions when I shopped on Chaceylove was for my 21st birthday dress almost 2 years ago. I was searching high and low for the perfect dress for my 21st birthday party and, I saw this ombre maxi dress piece on Chaceylove's preview. Then, I knew instantly that I had to get it for my party! 

However, the piece hadn't arrived even after almost a week (BAHHH normal mail) ): I was panicking cause it was that very weekend which my party was going to be held. I sent in an email to Chaceylove asking about my parcel and I explained about my situation in the email. Acelyn, the owner of CL, replied promptly and very kindly offered to mail another piece to me via complimentary A.M. mail to have it reach in time for my party!!!

I was honestly really touched then, and I was very much impressed with their service. I would sincerely like to thank Acelyn for being such a wonderful person and as a customer, I really did appreciate how she handled the matter for me (': And so, I've been a customer since then!! :D

I've recently taken a fancy to flow-y tops because they go so well with denim shorts or short bottoms for school or lazy weekends! Chaceylove's Sherry Top takes things up a notch with it's subtle open overlap back design which offers a unique twist on this seemingly simple high neck piece. I can picture this pretty piece with pencil skirts or skinny jeans as well to create a different look from pairing it with shorts (:

Who doesn't love an oversized drape cardigan? This piece is made of soft knit which is extremely comfy! I've been wearing this almost everyday to school this week because NIE's classrooms are freezing cold. I bring an outerwear piece to school everyday to keep warm but I find myself grabbing this knit piece each day because of its versatility! AND it comes with pockets (score!). This pretty knit piece comes in a total of 3 colours: Creme (pictured above), black and grey; all of which are colours that can be matched easily with outfits (:

Both pieces were sold out after the launch on Monday, but the good news is:

Preppy fun! ☼

Ah, so I've abandoned my blog for quite a while now cause I've been quite swarmed with school. It's been quite taxing with the workload sigh. 

September's been busier than ever, with my full timetable kicking since the past week. Travelling to school just becomes such a chore to me because its a good 1.5 hours route to school everyday from Monday to Friday (so basically, waking up about 2 hours in advance of my class starting is barely enough time for me to get to school). Plus, it's extremely hard for me to get out of bed because hahaha I just love sleeping?!

Anyway, enough ranting; I will be a survivor -FLEX MUSCLES-

Can't explain how much I'm longing for December to arrive; I'm counting down to each weekend. 12 more weeks to the arrival of December heh so I can head off to BKK and Taiwan!

Onward to a fashion feature: here are some snapshots which the boyfriend took for Cleo and I on Friday! Thank you Tzu, for being so ever patient with my clothes obsession hehe ♡

And yes, I'm guilty; I got both items in 2 colours. Hehe.
